Chair
In a 20 minute performance piece inspired by Jean Genet's "The Maids", and incorporating puppetry, visual imagery and song, a chair becomes a theatre where a woman plays.

Technical Information
Once mounted, the set (a demountable chair) can easily be moved into or out of place.
Space Required: width minimum 2m, depth minimum 2.5m, height minimum 2.5m
Audience distance from front of playing area minimum 2m. For audiences larger than 50, a raised stage or greater distance from front of playing area is required.
Lighting: Daylight or equivalent
Sound: autonomous for smaller audiences. For larger audiences or noisy conditions, head mike, PA and technician are required.
